Innovative, attractive value packed. Words that ring true nearly 50 years later for this Pioneer SX-750. Manufactured from 1976 to 1977, this receiver shows exactly what Pioneer does well. The little sibling of the famed SX-1250, this receiver still boasts an impressive 50 Watts per channel at 0.1% THD. The original weak point of these receivers were the vinyl wrapped cabinets, so this has had a custom made full wood cabinet from D&B Custom Woods. This unit has also had a full recap, select transistors replaced, a new relay installed, a triac power switch mod installed to keep the power switch working trouble free for years to come, idle current and bias set, and has been upgraded to LED lighting. Truly the full package.
Features: Custom wood cabinet, two tape in/outputs, duplicate switch, mic input, tone and high filter switches, protruding back with in/outputs for easy access.
