Released in 1973 among Pioneer's first solid state offerings, this modest 7W receiver makes up for its power with pure charm! Fit with blue LED's, a wood case, and punching well above its class, this stereo would be perfect for a turntable and small or medium pair of bookshelf speakers! Also known as the SX-300, this particular unit has been fully combed over with all electrolytic capacitors replaced, cleaned to a sparkle inside and out, and had the wood case extensively detailed to make it look its best (damaged corner pictured). While it's not the biggest fish in the pond, this stereo would be perfect for anyone getting into vinyl, or when space is a consideration.
